Dashboard Launches Integration with Place-Me sourcing system.

Dashboard’s has today launched the integration with Place-Me, adding another choice for mortgage intermediaries when sourcing sub prime, Buy to let and Second Charge loans to our system

The service will be available to all Dashboard Software and Dashboard Lite users, when they subscribe to Place-Me.

Place-Me software is provided by Phoenix CPU Ltd and was initially set up in January 2004 as a Non Conforming mortgage placement system, but has now added clean Buy to Let products and some Second Charge Lenders.

David Aylmer, joint managing director of Dashboard comments “ Some of our clients, particularly Pavillion Securities and Exclusive Connections members were existing users of Place-Me and wanted to reduce the rekeying required to be able to source using Place-Me. We worked closely with them and Ernie to ensure the two products linked well together. This is the first step of the integration and we continue to work closely with Ernie to ensure that our two products will work as integrated as possible going forward.”

Ernie Reeves, managing director of Phoenix CPU, adds “As a direct response to requests from our users we have built these links with Dashboard. The initial feedback has been fantastic and we look forward to rolling this out to more new clients and working together going forward”
