APS Mortgages choose Dashboard Software

Dashboard Software are please to announce that APS Mortgages, a mortgage broker and packager based in Swindon with around 100 staff, have chosen Dashboard Software as their system supplier and have now successfully gone live with the new solution. APS Mortgages operate a call centre and administration centre from their modern offices in Swindon. Dashboard Software used their tool set based on the Dashboard Software E-Packaging Solution product suite, to develop a bespoke front end the call centre application that integrates to the phone system and web sites, allowing a seamless electronic process from enquiry to completion.

David Aylmer, joint MD at Dashboard says, "we are very pleased that APS chose Dashboard to replace their existing solution, we worked hard with APS to ensure that all their needs were met. There is a large bespoke element of the front end system allowing APS to build on their unique way of doing business. We incorporated all their call centre requirements, from integration to their phone system, call scripting and compliance requirements to mortgage product sourcing and quotation engines. We are extremely proud of our achievements in a relatively short space of time."

The solution at APS incorporates the core Dashboard E-Packaging Solution and work flow engine to ensure a smooth flow of electronic information, with out the need for any re-typing of information, from the enquiries generated on the web, through the application and quotation stages, including integration to Trigold, and then into administration and onto completion.

The Dashboard E-Packaging Solution is one of the suite of products available from Dashboard Software for the mortgage market place and is aimed at the medium sized mortgage intermediary, broker and packager, where an element of packaging and case administration is required from a system, the configurable solution is available out the box with additional bespoke developments if necessary to tailor the solution to the clients exacting needs.
