Dashboard Software SELECTED BY INTERBAY FUNDING

Dashboard Enterprises, providers of the leading web-based solution for mortgage intermediaries and packagers, today announced that its software has been selected by Interbay Funding Ltd.  Together, the joint initiative will allow Interbay to launch its first commercial lending initiative into the UK market.

Interbay Funding Ltd is the UK division of Bayview Financial, a US real estate investment and mortgage finance company with headquarters in Miami. Catering for small businesses which purchase commercial property, Interbay Funding offers loans via financial advisers and brokers.
